Mekenzie Bittel is the Estate Planning Attorney and Co-Chair of the Estate Planning Department for The Law For All, PA. Mekenzie is a member of the Florida Bar and concentrates her practice to all areas of Estate Planning, including Wills, Trusts, Estates, Probate Administration, and Business Succession. In addition, Mekenzie also practices in the area of Corporate Law which is very beneficial because it complements her Business Succession practice. In addition to receiving her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, Mekenzie is also highly distinguished as having an LL.M. (Master of Law) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.

Mekenzie assists clients with customized estate planning packages. Whether you need a simple straight forward estate plan or have substantial assets above the taxable estate threshold, (currently $12.06 million per individual and unless the tax laws change, the exemption will drop to approximately $6.2 million at the end of 2025), Mekenzie will put together an estate plan that works best for you.

When she is not working, you can find Mekenzie at the basketball court watching her son's team, or on the soccer field watching her daughter's team. Mekenzie also loves to travel and cook with her family.
