Kory Sgrignoli is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Law For All, PA, which he established as a solo-practitioner in 2016. Kory's desire to provide exceptional customer service and fair representation to all clients, coupled with his passion for helping small businesses, led to the creation of The Law For All, P.A. In a short period of time, the firm has grown to provide legal services through the entire State of Florida.
In addition to overseeing the firm's day-to-day operations, Kory practices full time in the areas of business law, real estate and intellectual property. With an incredible work ethic, integrity, professionalism, and desire to seek justice, he is determined to fix the bad reputation attorneys have earned - choosing to lead by example. He takes pride in teaching his clients about the law and legal process, providing them with valuable knowledge and understanding they can use well beyond their current matter.
Kory is licensed to practice in Florida and has an impressive background in trademark, business and real estate law. Not only has he won litigation cases against the largest leasing and insurance companies in the country, but Kory often serves as outside General Counsel for a variety of businesses. As General Counsel, he advises business owners in connection with all their legal matters and often supervises other attorneys. Kory has filed numerous applications with the United States Trademark and Copyright Offices and is well versed in complex business issues - including Mergers and Acquisitions.
To truly lead by example takes more than just knowledge of the law. Part of being an attorney and a business owner is giving back and Kory has done so ever since he was a law student. During law school, he helped individuals handle their tax debt and estate planning issues (free of charge) through the NCCU law clinics. Kory's passion for helping others continues today, the firm actively takes on pro bono matters and hosts a variety of seminars that provide free legal services and information to the surrounding community.
Kory graduated with his Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and attended law school at North Carolina Central University on an academic scholarship. While in law school, he was able to attend class at Duke University School of Law as a visiting student. Under nationally recognized professors, Kory studied and wrote several papers on Intellectual Property Law. Before opening his own practice, as a law student, he worked for the United States Congress on Capitol Hill where he helped draft a piece of United States legislation.
Outside of work, Kory is a life-long athlete, and regularly takes advantage of all the activities South Florida has to offer - biking, surfing, running, swimming, and playing basketball. He also enjoys paddle boarding, golfing, watching football and spending time with his family.
