Isabella Petrafeza is the Director of Operations at The Law For All, P.A. She formalizes and oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and its strategic-planning processes, manages the firm's administrative staff, while also overseeing financial management and budgeting to help the firm achieve its business objectives and increase productivity. Isabella has been a key resource on The Law For All's management team in optimizing the firms processes and ensuring seamless operations across all departments. Her expertise in process improvement, project management, and team leadership has been instrumental in the firm's success. She is known for her exceptional problem-solving skills and her ability to drive efficiency and productivity within the firm allowing The Law for All, P.A. to strive for success.

Isabella joined the firm in 2022 and received her MBA in 2023 where she focused on strategic management and organizational development. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
