Alice completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, in Gainesville, Florida with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in History. Alice received her law degree from Florida International University College of Law in Miami, Florida where she also served as President of BLSA and was a certified legal intern for the FIU College of Law - Small Business Legal Clinic, offering free assistance and legal services related to entity selection and formation, contract drafting, trademarks, copyrights, leases, tax, and licensing for small businesses and non-profits. Alice spent the beginning of her legal career in transactional healthcare law, representing national health care facilities and chains in contract, medical necessity, and patient reimbursement disputes with government and private insurance carriers. She also advised clients on licensing, compliance, and regulatory matters.

After transitioning into civil litigation, Alice's practice consisted of probate, estate planning, elder law, residential real property disputes and tax matters as Elder Justice Law Attorney and LITC Attorney with a not-for profit legal services organization. During her time in the legal services arena, she led a team of attorneys and support staff in research projects and organization initiatives to develop targeted legal outreach and educational opportunities for seniors, victims of natural disasters, and other vulnerable communities in need of estate planning and probate assistance in Northwest Florida as a 2023 Fellow of the Shriver Center on Poverty Law Racial Justice Institute. Alice also implemented and staffed monthly Lawyers in the Library community outreach initiatives at multiple West Florida Public Libraries, to provide residents with free access to legal assistance outside of traditional legal settings.

Upon her return to private practice, Alice expanded her estate planning and probate practice to include real estate matters, including breach of contract claims, quiet titles, and partitions.

Alice enjoys reading and spending time with her family, friends and the family pet, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Sir.
